Visited on September 10, 2022. This is a new store that opened in April this year, and I heard that their specialty is chicken paitan oden. This is the place where Tokutaro Shoten was located. It is said that this shop originated in Tokyo. There are two types of soup stock to choose from: ``light'' and ``chicken hot water'', and this time I ordered the chicken hot water soup. I had the impression that the soup would be rich, but it was light and didn't taste bad even after drinking it all. The sake goes well with just the dashi soup. I had the impression that they had some brands of sake that I don't often see at other stores. The sweet ``Sake Mirai'' went very well with the chicken stock. I was drawn to the variety of unusual ingredients. I would like to order it again when I visit again. I would like to pair it with hot sake when it gets cold.

Oden Izakaya uses two types of soup stock (chicken stock and regular oden stock). The oden soup is a Kansai-style soup with less soy sauce. The chicken soup stock is not as strong as chicken broth, but it is light. Both have a gentle soup stock and are extremely delicious. I was told that they recommend the platter, but I think it would be more satisfying to choose your favorite toppings. My personal recommendation is hanpen. It was full of flavor and delicious. The yuzu pepper also had a nice spiciness. Don't forget the boiled noodles at the end. We ate a lot of food and it cost 6000 yen for two people. Recommended.
