Best takoyaki in the area, maybe in nagoya

Kansai-style takoyaki with crispy outside and melty inside. I really wanted to have a freshly made beer for eat-in, but I had time to catch a bus, so I had no choice but to take it out. There were various flavors, but I ordered it with salt. In fact, my day job is a takoyaki shop, so just by looking at the batter and how it was baked, I knew right away that it was Kansai-style takoyaki. Shops that serve unglazed or salted dough have seasoned the dough itself from the beginning, or are confident in their dough, so don't hesitate to use salt. It's probably because the ratio of eggs to flour and water in the dough is low, so it feels quite runny, but as you can see in the photo, even after 5 minutes of taking it out, it's flattened, so if you want to take a perfectly round photo, it's best to buy it right away. It is recommended. Personally, it was a very delicious takoyaki with a nostalgic taste. It's located in a place called Fujigaoka, which is a little far from Nagoya, but after seeing the long line at my favorite miso nikomi udon restaurant near Nagoya Station, I was so glad I found this takoyaki restaurant in Fujigaoka. When I come to Nagoya again, I will go eat there by train.
