This is my long-awaited first visit to Sore Demo Yappari, which I noticed on YouTube. If you haven't done your homework, it won't be an easy atmosphere to enter, but don't worry, you'll be greeted by a pleasant staff inside. There are only a few tables and a counter, so it's definitely a good idea to make a reservation since it's a popular restaurant. Although the prices are not what you would expect from a chain store, you can drink with confidence as there is an all-you-can-drink option. I was also very satisfied with the variety of creative dishes that made use of the ingredients. The famous rare fried horse mackerel and tartare were as advertised, and the quantity was small, so the quality made me want to eat more. The sashimi is abundant and fresh. I'm glad I was able to find a restaurant that I would definitely want to go to again. It may be a store that locals don't want to tell about. It's a selfish story, but I'm also grateful that it is possible to smoke only with a heating type.

The food was very delicious. I could see that even the most ordinary items were thought out and made with care. Even the rice balls were delicious. The menu was diverse, with a wide range of items from sashimi to meat. It wasn't very large, with counter and table seats, but it was comfortable. Originally, karaoke would be possible late at night, but I don't know at this time. This is a favorite restaurant that will satisfy even the most picky eaters and make you want to try a variety of things.

I ate grilled octopus with ponzu sauce and rare fried horse mackerel! Everything was delicious, and all the other customers said it was delicious too. The atmosphere was very nice, like a bar!
