With my wife. My wife had Tokoku miso, and I had chicken salt char siu noodles. The miso is not as strong as it looks, and the soup has a light aftertaste and is very easy to taste. On the other hand, the chicken salt has a deep richness and sharpness, and it is also delicious. It is a very good impression that the soup is well blended with the noodles, as the homemade noodles are popular. The noodles themselves were medium-thick, straight noodles, and the flavor of the wheat was very good and delicious. Even in the mountains, it's a delicious restaurant that fills up at noon.

It was hot, so I drove to Ueno Village, Gunma Prefecture. For lunch, I had boar pork soy sauce ramen at Menya Jukkoku. The homemade noodles were well mixed with the refreshing soup, and it was very delicious until the end.

I went during Golden Week in 2023. This is a system where you buy your meal ticket in advance. Since it was a busy time, I wrote down the names and number of people in my notebook. I ordered "Boar pork chashu noodles (soy sauce)" and "Boar pork salt ramen"! The chewy homemade noodles are very satisfying to eat, and the boar pork chashu is soft and has just the right amount of seasoning. The soup was light and very delicious! I was a little curious about rock seaweed? Could it have been a statement (of taste)? I feel that this is a product that conveys the importance of local ingredients. Next time, I would like to try the miso and dried sardine soup!
