Meet up with your friends at this shop before visiting Kita Karuizawa! I learned in elementary school or junior high school that Tsumagoi village has the largest production of cabbage in Japan. It has a peaceful landscape with cabbage fields all around. I had the tempura soba, and both the soba and tempura were delicious! In particular, the tempura uses rare vegetables such as zucchini and cauliflower, and it was a summer experience that felt typical of Tsumagoi Village (?) ✨

Revisited, it was a delicious soba with thin noodles and waist. The tempura was freshly fried and crispy😄
