A quiet country diner. You can relax in a calm atmosphere. I had charcoal soy sauce ramen and fried rice. From the prejudice of charcoal, I thought that the noodles would be crumbly, but the noodles were rather slippery. Like sarashina soba. Charcoal doesn't really taste like charcoal, so unless you look at the color of the noodles, you can't tell if the noodles have charcoal. The soup is rich rather than light. It was very delicious. The charcoal gyoza was in the middle of a good night, so I'd like to try it next time.

Chitoseya sells noodles made with charcoal from Minamimaki Village. On this day, I ordered the spicy charcoal and salt ramen, and although it didn't have the strong flavor that it looked like, it was light, but the soup had a deep flavor, and the thin, jet-black curly noodles were a great combination, and I was able to finish the soup. Another specialty, charcoal gyoza, was already sold out that day so I couldn't eat it and gave up. Next time I'll try the charcoal soy sauce ramen and charcoal gyoza.

It has been introduced on TV several times before, and I wanted to go there someday, and this time it came true. As introduced, the noodles were black, but it didn't affect the taste and didn't feel crunchy. It was refreshing and easy to eat. I will visit again someday! The picture is a large serving of charcoal ramen with spicy salt.
