Fukudaya has been loved by the people of the town for many years. Udon, soba, ramen. I'm happy with the tempura served every time. The store often closes around 2 p.m., so it's best to arrive early.

A nice looking shop. The atmosphere inside is nice, and when I ordered a large serving of soba, they gave me tempura as a bonus. Thank you. Is soba 7:3? To be honest, I don't really know, but the buckwheat noodles were cooked to my liking and were delicious. The fried tempura is also OK. How do you get it to fry so well? As expected of a professional. Because the lady at the store had a bad leg, the regulars cleaned up by themselves after they finished eating. It's kind of nice, isn't it? I followed suit and cleaned up by myself. There are 2 cars in front of the store and 5 in the back. It is a shop that makes you want to go again.

The owner was a friendly old man who made me feel at home. Both the soba and soba soup were very delicious, and they also came with a bonus of seasonal wild vegetable tempura. I wish I had eaten a little more wild vegetables😅
