This cozy restaurant has an incredible set menu that rotates each month. In July, they serve several small plates that complement one another well, and yet quite distinct and remarkable on their own. Please give this place a try. You are in for a real treat! Be sure to call or message in advance!!! Based on the Facebook page, we messaged (Facebook) the night before to confirm lunch was available. The owner wrote back quickly to confirm. When we arrived, we were delighted with the kindness and hospitality of the owner. Service and presentation throughout the courses was impeccable.

Hidden Gem in Miyota! Pas a Pas is a quaint three table restaurant tucked away off of the main road…. Don’t blink or you’ll pass it. 🤣 Our hosts were unbelievable! Very courteous and kind. Each course was explained in detail. Plating is impeccable, we were amazed as each dish arrived. Reservations are highly recommended. A must visit for vegetarian/vegan diners!

This is a truly hidden gem. It's best to make a reservation the day before. If it's full, you won't be able to make a reservation even the day before. Meticulously prepared food. Cooking with only vegetable protein, without using animal protein. No meat or fish is used, but it's really satisfying. It's delicious and looks beautiful. The atmosphere of the couple is also wonderful.
