When I contacted them on the day, I was told that they were full at noon and that 7:30 pm was OK, so I made a reservation. Shinshu beef special hamburger (Demiglace sauce) (Japanese style onion sauce) Guacamole salad (avocado salad) Gumbo soup, onion soup, coffee I ordered. The meat of the hamburger didn't have any flavor, and I felt that the demi-glace sauce brought out the flavor of the meat. We shared the avocado salad between the two of us. It's also delicious.
