Karuizawa, Nagano, Japan｜Saint-Germain

So glad I could find this restaurant near Karuizawa station in the night. These food is not that kind of fancy, but these cuisine was delicious and contains effort that made us to feel it worth the price. I was like it just a averaged restaurant that provides simple things, and turns out, it surprised us quite much. Highly recommend.

The place is so underrated with recipes inspired from France! The shop is owned by two people, an uncle and an auntie but they are very kind and welcoming! The shop has been opened for more than 40 years. We ordered Beef Tongue Stew and Hamburg Steak with Cheese on top. The tomato in the salad come with the set tasted so good with skin peeled🥹 Definitely coming next round!

OMG…. Epic. Best meal ive ever had in Japan…. Homemade Grandpa and Grandma food. Shops ran by the nicest old lady and her husband and son if you ever come to this area highly highly highly recommend you make a reservation and go eat here. Price is about ¥2500 per head. Food is off the charts highly recommend this for anybody.
