This place is a gem. Loved the atmosphere of the 150 year old house. Food was fantastic, as was the service. The miso konnyaku was fantastic! Will be back.

The soba is delicious, and the tempura is a delicacy not to be missed. We got 天ざる soba and were very happy with the choice. The miso oden is also quite good, and served nice and hot. Another reason this place is special is that the building is beautiful, with stone walls surrounding the entrance area giving it a regal ambiance. If we get the chance, we will definitely visit again.

It's a large old house, and the area from the parking lot to the entrance is so overwhelming that it feels like you've traveled back in time. Visited for Saturday lunch. Around 12 o'clock there is no waiting time, but the place is almost full. The menu is udon and soba. On this day, I ordered Tenzaru Soba. Soba noodles are chewy and delicious. Also, the tempura ingredients were large and the sweetness of the vegetables really came through, making it very delicious. The shrimp were also very delicious, perhaps due to the way they were fried. There is a large weeping cherry tree in the parking lot and garden, and it is a shop that I would like to visit again around the time when the cherry blossoms bloom 🌸.
