This restaurant is apparently run by the Gunma Prefecture Trucking Association. Therefore, only large vehicles are parked in the parking lot. The inside of the store has a small raised area and table seats, but the number of people that can be accommodated is small. If the restaurant is full, don't wait in line and move to another restaurant. This is originally a restaurant for drivers. There are many menu items that are typical of popular restaurants, but the seasonings are home-style and everything is delicious. We also offer one-coin menus, smaller portions, and single-item orders. Hot or iced coffee is served after your meal. The set meal comes with a heaping portion of rice, so if you're a picky eater, it's better to order half a bowl of rice. Some regular customers seem to enjoy a combination of set meals and individual items. Personally, I love warm, unadorned restaurants like this one, so I visited there twice, once on my way to Karuizawa and once on my way back. While I was eating, I noticed that all the drivers were gentlemanly and polite, ate quietly, thanked each other properly, and left. Group customers also have normal conversations without speaking loudly.
