More Comments at Google Map20230305 First visit] This shop is run by an elderly couple. I stopped by because I wanted to eat ramen. The mild flavor of ramen For some reason, I ended up drinking all the soup. If anything, the fried rice is similar to the fried rice we have at home, so it was something I was familiar with and liked. Afterwards, I listened to the proprietress talk a little bit about what happened back then, and I got a sense of the history and the flow of time. I want shops like this to remain for a long time.
A restaurant I stopped by while visiting Zenkoji Temple in Nagano. The moment you enter, you will feel gentle and it will feel like you have time-lapsed into an old Showa era drive-in! ️ An elderly couple next door ordered ramen. There are so many menus to choose from, I couldn't decide, so I ordered ``Ramen''! ️ After a while, at the table The ramen was brought to me. It has a nostalgic, delicious smell and an atmosphere that reminds you of the past! ️ Delicious with just the right amount of salt and a soy sauce base. Such delicious ramen for only 500 yen!! ️ Surprised!! ️ Next time, I will visit Togakushi Shrine and stop by again. The shopkeeper told me that he would continue until his body was able to move again. I can't say it's pretty, but I rate the ramen as delicious and nice to look at. Thank you for your meal.
This is a Showa retro restaurant. It feels like time has stopped. The view from the window is spectacular, and the parking lot is spacious. The menu is rich in variety, including udon, soba, ramen, and rice dishes. I ate tempura soba, but it was packed with soft noodles. The color of the soup is light, but the dashi and seasoning are strong. The tempura included eggplant, maitake mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, potatoes, shrimp, and green peppers. Side dishes include firm tofu, Chinese cabbage, and takuwan. The restaurant is run by an elderly couple, and the service is warm.
