This is a fabulous Soba noodle shop in Gunma! Having a soba loving father, I have been to many soba noodle restaurants in Japan and I can proudly say that this is one of the top soba noodle restaurants that I have ever been to. The price is good and quantity is also great! They created their own traditional soba broth, which is so tasty!!! Teishoku is a better choice in my opinion as you can have the delicious set! I’m vegetarian and I asked for the veggie options and they also did a great job on that! It’s on the way to Kusatsu onsen so make sure you stop by before or after you visit the onsen. I’m sure you will be satisfied by the delicacy of Japan in Gunma prefecture. Surely, I’ll visit again once I get back to Japan! Come visit and enjoy your tasty soba teishoku! Cheers PS: Teishoku set menu changes with seasonal veggies etc but I guarantee for the tastes! ;)))

Very friendly family run shop. The flavor is very good and service is great.

First visit. Even though I arrived before 11am, the store was already open. I ordered the popular mini cutlet bowl set with large soba noodles. The chewy soba noodles are easy to swallow and can be eaten in no time. The cutlet was piping hot and very soft and crispy. The small bowl of bean sprout salad and dashimaki egg were both delicious and filling. Wow, it was delicious🎵
