More Comments at Google MapIt looks like it has been built for a long time from the outside. I hope that shops like this will remain. I was able to feel the kindness of the owner and his wife. Also, perhaps it was my daughter, who explained to everyone the reason for not rushing when customers arrived, and although it was an observation, I was able to take my time to look around the store. There were wonderful words written on the colored paper, and I was able to discover many things. I went there at 12:00, and the seats were already over 80% full, with one or two seats remaining. For my meal, I ordered katsudon, and it seemed like it came out very quickly, probably because I had been told that it would take some time. The fillet of the cutlet was very tender and the sauce soaked all the way to the bottom of the rice, making it delicious till the end. Next time, aim for fried rice or omelet rice. I would like to ask you again.
This is a must-see restaurant in Takasaki City, run by an elderly couple and their daughter. I am giving this rating because the parking lot is small and the store is also small. There is a counter for 5 people, 2 tables for 4 people, and 2 small raised tables for 2 people. This side is very narrow, so it is recommended to sit with one foot on. I ordered ramen and fried gyoza, which is popular, and the writing on the wall says that it will take a long time because I am old? The gyoza is large and crispy, the skin is chewy, and the garlic has just the right amount of flavor. The ramen is thin, straight noodles that are chewy and have a good aroma. Is the soup the best I've ever had? The poster on the wall says {it would be a problem if there were more customers}. The couple was quarreling, and their daughter calmed them down. I tried the Gomoku soba for 500 yen including tax. It has various vegetables, char siu, and even pork belly. The raw wood shiitake mushrooms are chewy and the soup is delicious! ️ Today it was full so I had to park on the street and only the narrowest seat was available. Despite the rising cost of raw materials, they have not raised their prices yet. Was it in the red? I headed home feeling apologetic. Temporarily closed today, April 22, 2020. It looks like the holidays will continue until the end of Golden Week. We look forward to your recovery. Due to the rising cost of raw materials, we finally raised the price by 50 yen. I'm sorry, I could have raised the price by 200 yen.
Visited around 13:00 on Sunday. Ordered ramen (400 yen) and gyoza (300 yen). Soft thin noodles and clear soy sauce soup are delicious as usual. The gyoza was sweet today, or it wasn't hot enough to burn your mouth, but the garlic worked well and it has an addictive taste. The intense conversation between the old couple at the shop and their daughter is usual. It makes me giggle when I hear it.
