Karuizawa, Nagano, Japan｜Bistro Panacher

I could always locate a restaurant with great quality and with dishes surprised me in Karuizawa. Panacher is a restaurant with subtle frontage but with great surprise because of their dishes, wine and humble services. Their wine selection is mainly on burgundy with high performance. Happy to see their right choice of glass for serving burgundy. A glass of burgundy is really a perfect pairing to the main dishes. From starters to dessert, I am so satisfied! Recommended!
