Such a delicious bowl of ramen! Cute little space — no English but the solo chef of the restaurant was happy to help with the machine!

There was one person in line 5 minutes before the store opened and we were able to eat right away. Chunk soy sauce char siu ramen! I think the soy sauce flavor is stronger than the local chicken soup, but it's simply delicious. Next time I will have the regular chashu.
