A great place to stop if you are walking the old Nakasendo Road. They have good ice coffee and ice oolon, as well as great pastas and even a Nasigoreng rice. We were grateful!

The atmosphere is like a log house. The store staff are also very nice. There are a lot of meals on the menu, but they are all homemade, and the one I ate was garlic doria. It was very delicious. I was surprised at how well the salad came out. It had some dressing on it, but it was great.

Addendum 20220908 If you look closely at the menu, it looks like you can also get a large serving of spaghetti. Gratin spa too. I'll try it next time. Today is also Hamburger Gratin Spa Set A (salad, bread). It's delicious. I think I can go big with this. Add the butter that came with the bread to the gratin while it is still warm. It will become even thicker. Uproot the sauce with bread and eat it neatly like this (add photo) postscript Gratin spa today too. Among them, the one that looks delicious and has a photo on the menu is the gratin spa with hamburger steak. I ordered bread and salad with this. The meat of the hamburger is falling apart and soft. The spices are unique. Delicious to say the least. Plenty of cheese too. The sauce is meat sauce. This harmony is the best. Great, I noticed this combination. The salad was still cold to the plate today, and the cucumber had a light salty taste. The preparation is also done well. The bread was warm and the butter was nice, but of course I had to use the bread to root out the remaining cheese and sauce. First visit I'm looking for a place where I can eat gratin spa. About 25 years ago, I got hooked on the seafood gratin spa at a restaurant near my work, but it closed down before I went there for a while due to a transfer, and it's not on the menu at regular pasta restaurants. Recently, ``Tosukana'' served it with this week's pasta, and I couldn't help but ask, ``Isn't it something you usually get?'' Apparently, the reason why it hasn't become a standard dish is because the spaghetti is put inside the gratin, which is time-consuming. But this place is on the regular menu. And there are multiple types. I ordered the cod and squid gratin spa with seafood. The best part is eating spaghetti with cheese. It's fun to eat while huffing and puffing while feeling like you'll get burnt from the piping hot food. Moreover, this menu has a nice spread of cod roe. I want to try other gratin spas, and they have a wide variety of other menu items, so I have to go there.
