After getting lost while looking at the menu, I ordered 10 regular pieces and "golden salmon roe". I asked my brother to add a handful of Ginhikari. (thank you!) When the food arrived, I was surprised to see a variety of dishes such as chawanmushi, salad, miso soup, and small bowls of pickles. If you look closely, it seems that these are included in the lunchtime service! It was delicious in various ways, but what impressed me was the handmade gari and "golden salmon roe". The “golden salmon roe” is said to use char eggs raised at the Azuma fish farm. The char salmon roe that I eat for the first time has a small grain, but it has a firm, refreshing taste with little peculiarity. As for the homemade gari, when I asked my brother, he said, "I use vinegar and salt once a year." I will ask you again. Thank you for the meal! !

It's been a while since I last visited for lunch. I had the golden salmon roe for the first time, and it was delicious. The lunch comes with chawanmushi, omitsuke, chopstick rest, and salad, so it's a great deal. I refrained from drinking alcohol since it was lunchtime, but I wanted to take my time and enjoy the sake while snacking.

The response from the store is heartfelt and wonderful. Also all the food is delicious. Everything was delicious, not only sushi, but also grilled dishes and side dishes.
