This restaurant deserves more stars on Google map. Not as crowded as some other nearby restaurants, but the environment and food was just amazing. Located in an old spacious house, everything looks and feels just authentically historical.

Early in the morning, I bought Mizusawa Udon for souvenirs. I boiled it at home for 15 minutes, soaked it in water, and ate it.

I visited the store on May 5th, just as it opened. The udon noodles had a firm texture and were very delicious. The stewed shiitake mushrooms served on top of the udon noodles are delicious. It's open from 8:30am, so I think it's a good option for breakfast.
