After shopping at a souvenir shop, I received some very chewy Mizusawa udon. Even though I wasn't hungry at the breakfast at the hot spring inn, I ended up eating the extra egg. I had made a reservation for the meal, but when I tried the freshly boiled egg with a substitute, it was even more delicious.

This is the first shop you will see when driving along the Mizusawa Udon Highway towards Ikaho. It seems that the main customers are groups, and there is enough space to park about 5 large buses. There was space in front of the store for private cars. I personally visited and ordered Tenzaru Udon. Not only the udon, but also the tempura was delicious and not too strong. The customer service was also good.
