I was told to grind the sesame seeds with a small mortar, then add the mentsuyu and eat as I was told. The udon noodles are cold, slightly transparent, and chewy, delicious when you sip them with the aroma of freshly ground sesame seeds. The Maitake Mushroom Tempura was about 3 pieces of freshly fried tempura, and when I bit into it, it had a crunchy texture and was delicious.
