Tomioka, Gunma, Japan｜中屋お食事処

I wanted to eat hormones, so I went to Gunma again. I remembered that there was a hormone shop in the Tomioka area, so I went to try this shop as it looked good. I arrived at 7:30pm. There was a parking lot in front of the store, and I was lucky that there was only one space available, and when I entered the store, there was one table available, which was also lucky. I ordered hormones (salt and miso), pork belly, kobukuro, pork belly and sanche, and rice. The offal had no taste and was served in a flattened shape (not curled). I was able to eat it with two types: sauce and lemon juice. Eating in turn will increase your appetite. What I liked was that I substituted hormone (salt). The rice was delicious and I asked for more, but I was told that they had run out of rice, and when I looked at the menu, there was a notch, so I ordered it. I knew it was a home-cooked local dish in Gunma, but this was my first time trying it. It was made with thick, handmade udon-like noodles, stewed with vegetables and mushrooms, and was delicious. It was also good as a finishing touch.
