I went there the other day when I went on a business trip to Gunma. I had been looking for some delicious meat for some time, and I discovered this restaurant on Google Maps, and just in case, I made a reservation and visited the restaurant. I entered the store just before opening time and made my selection while looking at the menu. The restaurant seems to be run by the owner alone, and has an L-shaped counter and table seating, giving the impression that it is a very clean and stylish restaurant. This time I chose a fish and steak lunch. For the meat, I used 200g of fillet. As I waited while eating my salad, they grilled white fish, shrimp, and asparagus with great skill on a shiny iron plate. The shrimp were carefully grilled down to the tail. Is the white fish a flounder? There was no taste at all, it was grilled to a degree that an amateur would never be able to do, and I felt extremely happy when I took a bite with the slight buttery scent. The shrimp are plump and the asparagus is so fresh, I wonder where I can buy asparagus like this? ! That's all I could think about. Next, they grilled the fillet and bean sprouts. It was my first time to see wine poured on a griddle and fire! That's what happens. Is it called flambe? I was overwhelmed. Do you want to take a photo? ! I was also happy that they did it at this timing. The meat is also the best medium-rare, and you can feel the flavor and oil of the meat even without sauce. It felt like the best meat I've ever eaten. I was also very particular about the miso soup, rice, and pickles. Dessert seems to be homemade, and I received the gateau chocolate, but it was not too sweet and I could have eaten as much as I wanted. The host was a friendly person, and as we ate the meal while talking about various things, I felt a sense of superiority, or rather, a time filled with happiness. And very polite customer service. I felt that this is what it means to be a professional. It was my first time to see such a proper teppanyaki restaurant, but I thought that the people in the neighborhood who can eat here anytime are happy. This is a store that I definitely want to visit again. The price was over 3,000 yen, but it was even more of an extraordinary experience. thank you very much.
