Noodles were perfectly al dente and the tempura was surprisingly light and refined. Would definitely come back again!

2023/7/14 First visit I visited a little before lunch on a weekday Friday, and there was a group of people who were already eating, and I was alone at the counter, so I immediately sat down at the table seat in the back. Looking at the menu while enjoying the cold, I decided to order pork soup soba and kakiage a la carte. Surprisingly quickly, the kakiage was first served in just over 5 minutes, and then the pork soup soba was served. Oh, the kakiage ingredients are minimal and crispy. The soba noodles are 100% and look short, and the pork soup is full of meat and fat, and it looks delicious. Soba was scooped up and dipped in the dipping sauce, and when eaten with pork, it was refreshing, firm and delicious. The kakiage was so crispy that I ate it all at once! There was a charm from the exterior of the building, and even after entering the store, all the women and men in the kitchen were pleasant. Payment is cash only. Thank you for your meal♪

Both the outside and the inside of the store were very beautiful and clean✨The staff at the store were also very nice☺️ What I received today is kakiage zaru soba noodles✨ The kakiage is fried after ordering, so it was crispy on the outside and had shrimp inside, but it was very plump ☺️ The soba soup was also my favorite flavor, so everything was delicious😉
