Takasaki, Gunma, Japan｜Shango - Kuragano Bypass

A popular restaurant that fills up at lunch time. I had the most popular menu with pork cutlet on it. The noodles are thick and chewy. There is a response to eating! It's not just Shango, but Gunma's pasta is characterized by a larger amount than other pastas. S is normal (150 grams), M is large (200 grams). I guess L is extra size (300 grams). However, today at lunch time, I received a Sisposa L. A hot egg is placed on top of a spicy meat sauce. You can eat it all the way to the end without getting bored. For men, M is just right, and L is full. It was delicious. But I didn't get any dinner.

Shango-style spaghetti is often introduced on TV. I have eaten it about 2-3 times. I absolutely prefer Vesuvius spaghetti.
