Fujioka, Gunma, Japan｜Drive In Nanakoshi (Food Vending Machines)

There were retro vending machines selling toast, hamburgers, and ramen, all of which were in operation as of summer 2023. Everything is cheap and delicious, but especially the ramen's chashu is apparently homemade! It was very delicious. The inside of the store is very retro, in a good way, and you can enjoy the retro atmosphere of the Showa era. The parking lot is very large. The game center operates during the day, but at night there is only a vending machine corner.

Inside the drive-in, there are retro and rare vending machines that have a Showa feel, such as udon, soba, toast, and hamburgers. This place has a large parking lot and is adjacent to a game center, so I think it's crowded not only during the day but also at night. Recently, it was broadcast on a certain TV station's Document ◯◯ Time (Vending Machine Journey: Gunma Edition) Watching the broadcast brought back memories of playing at a drive-in several decades ago, and I felt nostalgic and decided to go there! I went around noon that day, and it was crowded with customers eating udon and soba. I wonder if it's a place for locals to relax and gather information (^^)

This is a retro Showa era drive-in. I got a cheeseburger for 280 yen. This also had a nostalgic taste.
