I visited the store as soon as it opened at 11am. The photo of the three-colored soba caught my eye, but I wanted to try the standard soba first, so I ordered a large bowl of tempori. Yuzukiri soba is the best. This is my favorite soba restaurant in Takasaki. The elegant Yuzuki Kiri soba has real yuzu and has an indescribable flavor. I think it's the original of this restaurant, but there doesn't seem to be a successor, so I'm worried about how long it will last.
