It's a place that my late father loved and always went to, a shop called Nibouto.

The noodles are shockingly delicious. The chewy feeling is irresistible. Recommended on cold days as it is served stewed with vegetables in a pot. The building is reminiscent of a Showa-era sanatorium dining hall or a Showa-era wedding hall. Enjoy your meal while looking out at the bamboo forest. Unlike in the city, there is no such thing as ``How many people are there?'' or ``Please write your name and wait.'' Like guests who overslept and came in for breakfast late, they entered the venue without permission and were shown to a table. It's spacious.

Clearly delicious. The noodles are Himokawa. A wide variety of flavors are available. Dishes using Yamatoimo are also recommended. Isobeyaki is made by rolling minced meat into a rice cake and wrapping it in seaweed. It's my favorite.
