2023/6 visit. They have their own farming of river fish, and they serve the fish that grew there. There were rainbow trout, char, yamame trout, and juvenile sweetfish, and the rainbow trout was targeted for fishing and catching. I was surprised at the beauty and transparency of the water because it uses spring water. I was impressed with the fish that grew up in this water, and it had good flesh and no smell at all. You can choose from salt-grilled, sashimi, deep-fried, or carpaccio of the rainbow trout you catch and have it cooked on the spot. I ate rainbow trout sashimi for the first time, but I don't think I can eat it because of the unique smell of river fish unless I use the same level of water as here. Surprisingly, it had no odor and was delicious. The husband is very kind to the children, and I am very grateful to him for taking care of me from beginning to end. The kids had a lot of fun picking them up. (The water temperature seems to be about 13 degrees all year round, so it felt quite cold. Midsummer would be the best...) It may be a little expensive when you think about catching and eating fish normally. I went to various fishing ponds, but among them, it is a little expensive. However, if you think about the taste and size of the fish, you can never say that it is too expensive. As a general matter, you can rent a fishing rod for 150 yen, and if you consider the experience fee, it's normal! By the way, there was nagashi somen that has nothing to do with fish (700 yen per person). Somen noodles that can be poured on authentic bamboo, this seemed to be fun. . *As a point of caution, the road to the parking lot is quite narrow and there is a steep V-shaped slope at the end. If you go by large car, I think you have to be very careful. However, one box can afford.
I always stop by when I visit a grave every summer. This year it was a reservation system, so I was a little confused. In addition, the fish is raised in clean water, so the sashimi and carpaccio were very delicious. We hope to see you again next year.
