Maebashi, Gunma, Japan｜Barikiya Maebashi Sekine

I used to go to Barikiya for barikotemen, but I decided to try something different, so I ordered spicy mazesoba. Barikotemen was recommended, but it seems that Mazesoba is also cheating. It was a really delicious mixed soba with the goodness of Barikiya. I was a little unsatisfied because I was a big eater, so I ate a green onion chashu bowl, but it was also very delicious.

Rich miso ramen with extra spicy & spicy green onions. It was quite spicy, which is unusual for a chain restaurant, and it was just right on the edge of being delicious. There was garlic on the table, but I didn't have anything to crush it with, so I just put it in the ramen and ate it, but was it okay? This was good because I could directly taste the spiciness that is unique to garlic lol.

I ordered a lunch set of rich miso ramen (without corn) and special gyoza. The piping hot soup doesn't cool down until the end, and the miso flavor isn't too strong, so it won't weigh you down. The gyoza was juicy, the perfect size, and delicious.
