The jumbo fried shrimp was very filling, about 30cm long, and the rice was delicious. Nowadays, it is exceptionally delicious, just like the old Niigata rice that has become a fantasy. The rice is made by the master with great care from fertilizer. The charcoal-filled udon is also smooth. It is very tasty.
