Great Ramen, Great Staff! Handmade Sano style ramen, with noodles made on the premises and water for the broth brought down from a spring in the mountains. The Gyoza are also delicious! I went there in the morning. It starts at 8 o'clock It was delicious! It's right near my workplace, so I'll definitely go there again!

I always go to the Akahori store, but this is the only store where I can use the "Lapas", so this was my first time here. The price has been increased by 50 yen from September 2020. There were no pulled noodles, only handmade noodles. The noodles are medium thick and have a smooth and chewy texture. At the moment, it is not a ticket sales system, but a deferred payment system, which I prefer. I ordered the spicy thunder miso ramen. It felt spicier than the Akahori store, but it was delicious. This time, I used Lapas and received a complimentary "flavored egg" topping, and the eggs were half-boiled and had a strong yolk flavor, making them very delicious.
