My wife ordered flounder and I ordered a duck lunch and dessert. It seems that the duck is limited to carefully selected ingredients. If you want to eat it, come early.

I went to the French restaurant LODGE in Kiryu Shinzato-cho. The menu is elegant and has one special mini course (for a limited time only?) This French course is made using local vegetables and ingredients as much as possible, and the appetizers, salads, and garnishes are all carefully prepared, allowing you to enjoy the sweetness, umami, and bitterness of the vegetables. The main dish is pork loin roti (≒roast) from Niisato Hayashi Farm. It's cooked to the perfect degree so that it retains the texture of the pork, but is chewy and chewy, and the tangy mustard sauce is a nice accent. Dessert was also homemade and it was a very satisfying mini course that didn't cut any corners till the end. Although it is a little far away, I would like to find another opportunity to visit you.

Went for lunch on June 1st. The appetizer was a red tomato, locally grown. It was cold, crisp, and delicious. The new onion cold soup was also sweet and very delicious. The main fish was also served hot with vegetables. I will never forget the scent that makes me want to go back to the last cup of coffee. It was so delicious, it looked beautiful, there was a volume, and at 2500 yen, I was very satisfied. It's great to be greeted with a smile.
