I visited for my birthday lunch. Ushi-san opened 5 years ago, and I can't believe he found such a wonderful shop...✨️ I was able to enjoy my meal in a calm interior that felt like a private space, with a Japanese restaurant-like appearance and a gentle chef. He showed off his splendid knife handling (lol), which he said he had practiced, and his stylish flambé using fireworks 🔥✨ Next time I would like to visit during dinner time 🌃✨

Went for lunch. It was a relaxing atmosphere. The interior of the store is a wonderful space with plenty of wood. The food was delicious, both fish and meat, and the desserts were gorgeous and I was very satisfied.
