I always get udon delivered. What I always order is Oyako Toji Udon. The name Oyako makes you think of udon with chicken and egg, but that's not the case. Pork egg toji udon. The udon here has a delicious soup. The knotted dashi soup stock works well. Always drink the juice. I also like the thin, soft udon noodles. I prefer this type of udon to the chewy Sanuki udon. Maybe it's because I grew up eating Negishi udon. Negishi is a famous noodle factory in Fujioka. There's no one around here who doesn't know. Ayameya is always served by an elderly man, but is there a successor? I want it to continue for a long time.

There are various menus (rice udon noodles), but since it was a cold day, I ordered udon noodles. You can also take home udon and soba noodles😄🤗 What should I eat next?
