More Comments at Google MapIt is a stable and popular restaurant even in the competitive area of noodle shops♪ Must be fully booked at lunchtime on holidays ToDay… -Roasted char siu (snack) No smell, melty texture *I definitely eat it♪ •Gyoza*Choose 3 or 5 pieces •Shiro green onion *Stable deliciousness •Shio This is a noodle shop that you can enjoy all year round, with limited-time menus, etc. *This was quite a while ago. Potato starch shumai! was delicious~ I'm hoping for a comeback if possible.
I ordered garlic ramen, chashu rice bowl soup, and 5 gyoza pieces. The soup was flavored with garlic, the hand-made noodles were chewy, and the char siu was rich and soft, and it was very delicious. The gyoza had a thin skin and was chewy inside, and the chives were very effective. The ratio of meat to vegetables was very good. I was surprised at how juicy the meat was when I bit into it, but it was delicious. I entered the store just before closing (before 8pm), but the owner was kind and accommodating. There was plenty of parking, and there were about 3 counter seats, as well as tatami mats and table seats.
Salt ramen + gyoza 3 With a slightly sweet and gentle salt sauce and udon-like handmade noodles, it feels like THE Tatebayashi's salt ramen. The gyoza is incredibly delicious with its crispy skin and filling that has a good balance of meat and vegetables. Tatebayashi is not crowded even with this quality 🍜 It was delicious 😋 Thank you for the meal
