I ordered garlic ramen, chashu rice bowl soup, and 5 gyoza pieces. The soup was flavored with garlic, the hand-made noodles were chewy, and the char siu was rich and soft, and it was very delicious. The gyoza had a thin skin and was chewy inside, and the chives were very effective. The ratio of meat to vegetables was very good. I was surprised at how juicy the meat was when I bit into it, but it was delicious. I entered the store just before closing (before 8pm), but the owner was kind and accommodating.
