Tatebayashi, Gunma, Japan｜UDON BISTRO 千代田饂飩（ちよだうどん）

Usually, I only eat orthodox udon with gravy, but I was interested in their creative udon, which is a combination of Japanese, Western, and Chinese noodles, so I stopped by. My impressions from eating here are that if you like udon, you should consider yourself cheated and try it at least once.It's so delicious. What is unique about Chiyoda Udon is that there is no gravy udon on the menu💦They mainly serve creative dishes with udon as the main dish, and they also serve alcoholic beverages. Also, it may just be kalwanara and kettle butter udon, but I was told that they don't have large servings. Perhaps I was also particular about the amount of ingredients themselves so as not to upset the balance of taste. I feel that there are restrictions that are not typical of a udon restaurant 💦I thought that this is a restaurant where customers can understand the owner's purpose for udon and then eat delicious, creative udon ☺️

I was on a business trip from Hiroshima Prefecture and found it by googling, so I went. Because the owner is doing one operation, it will take some time even if it looks empty. However, I thought it was the most delicious udon I have ever eaten. I couldn't eat the pudding today because it was sold out.

The noodles are delicious, and the arrangement (seasoning) is different from ordinary udon, and it's fun to have a Western-style taste. You can eat as much as you want. It has nothing to do with the taste, but it was painful because the air conditioner didn't work and the inside of the store was extremely hot.
