Kiryu, Gunma, Japan｜金釜広沢

This is a famous kamameshi restaurant in Kiryu. Ryoko Shinohara used to work there. I don't think it's necessary to explain that kamameshi is exquisite, but what all heavy users are asking for is fried chicken. Fried chicken with crispy batter is nothing like this. I think it's worth eating once. Konjac miso dengaku has a wonderful texture and sweet miso sauce. The sauce cutlet bowl is also an authentic taste. Because it is a Kamameshi shop, it takes time, but the taste is the best.

In Kiryu, kamameshi is the familiar taste of kamameshi. Kamameshi is delicious, but I also recommend the fried chicken. It looks like fried chicken, but it's not fried chicken. I think you'll know what I mean when you go and eat lol.

I've been wanting to eat it for the first time in a while. Hot pot rice is the best. For lunch, you can choose a set of salad or steamed egg custard.
