I recently had the sauce katsudon. Exactly delicious! ! To be honest, I was surprised because it was the most delicious sauce cutlet bowl I have ever eaten. I went to a famous restaurant in Kiryu that was popular for its sauce cutlet bowl, and I was disappointed with the hard cutlet and the monotonous sauce. . . It's probably delicious no matter what you eat. You're good with your hands.
