Also, the tsuyu of this shop is very distinctive, with a mellow and slightly thick taste that is very gentle on the palate, with a sweet and salty taste. Since the soup is easy to insist on, there is a feeling that the soba with a strong presence will win, but the shredded radish absorbs the soup in a good way and gets entangled with the soba, so it is just balanced. It's just like croutons in corn soup. The soba-yu is creamy, so you can fill your stomach. At this restaurant, all the dishes other than soba are delicious, but I would like to recommend this "daikon soba".
