The buckwheat is chewy and hard soba is delicious. It costs about 1,000 yen for a set with a mini bowl.

Originally, I liked this soba, but I think the salad soba after renewal is excellent. A small amount of soba sauce is topped with hand-made soba, many vegetables on top, and sesame sauce on top, but the balance of flavors is exquisite.
