A mysterious corn soup shop I discovered on my way to Norn Minakami Ski Resort... I was so curious that I stopped by on my way home. Apparently it was about to close, and the customers after me had the last drink. There are three types of menu. I ordered the grainless soup, which I think is the most standard. A bowl of corn soup with crunchy breadsticks for ¥500. The store staff recommended rock salt and I added it about 3 times. I thought it was a bit pricey, but when I got back in the car and took a sip, I was satisfied with the taste. It had a rich flavor and a sweetness similar to pumpkin soup, making me want to drink it again. The store's signboard is simply a noren curtain. For some reason...the swing 🤣💦 I can't help but ride it. The interesting thing is the bell to call the staff🤣💦 I was too embarrassed to call this out. I look forward to the next time I visit. The basics are take-out only. Please stop by when you are on the water.
