There are many such experience workshops scattered within the grounds of the roadside station Takumi-no-sato, and this time we visited this shop. I had a fun experience making soba noodles at another restaurant last year, and I wanted to do it again, so I made a reservation at another restaurant. It was during the Obon holiday, but in a way it was good that it wasn't that crowded (lol) Whether it's your first time or not, each shop has a different method of making it, so the whole family participates in kneading the flour and rolling it out with a stick while receiving step-by-step guidance from the owner. It's more about memories than things! For your reference, I will introduce the details in the photo below.

I experienced making soba with my husband. Both of them are jumbo, so I feel like they prepared a lot of flour (laughs).

The soba restaurant at the farmhouse was really delicious. I definitely want to go again.
