On the way back from Oze-Katashina Onsen during the three-day weekend last week, the owner of the inn introduced me to this place, and I visited for lunch. It takes about 30 minutes from Oze-Katashina to check out at 10:00. When I was waiting for the store to open at 11:30 in the parking lot, customers came one after another and the store was full at the same time as the store opened. It was handmade soba with a thin waist, and the dipping sauce was my favorite soup with a punchy and slightly sharp feel. I had grated soba with a little bit of grated soba, and my wife was very satisfied with the tempura soba. It was a shop that I would like to visit again, so I recommend it.

I visited towards the end of summer. There was a pleasant breeze blowing through the restaurant, and the atmosphere of the restaurant, which was renovated from an old private house, gave me an indescribably nostalgic feeling. I had the tempura mori soba. The soba was quite thinly sliced, but it was chewy and filling. The tempura was freshly fried, crispy and very delicious. We recommend that you aim for a free time.
