I came to this store for the first time because it was recommended by a senior colleague at the company. 1300 yen x 2 servings for 2 people, and a buffet is included if you choose the meal menu. The soba noodles are served in a moderate amount, typical of the northern Kanto region, and not a large portion. For 100 percent soba, you can choose between ranakiri and inakahira, but I definitely recommend ranakiri. To put it simply, rangiri = thin noodles and flat = thick noodles. The best part of this restaurant is the buffet. I arrived right after the store opened at 11:30, and the store was about half full right away. On this day, about 8 kinds of rice, salad, and avocado dressing?・There are many other side dishes, so there is no problem even if you don't get full with soba noodles. Although I don't think all of the ingredients are locally grown in Sano City, they mainly use them, and there are vending machines outside the store selling vegetables, eggs, etc. I would like to try gyoza next time too ☺︎
