This is a shop I always stop by when I'm in this area. This restaurant is especially good at frying. After a quick look at the reviews, This is a menu that is not featured. ``Miso cutlet gozen'' is really delicious. They seem to use locally produced brand pork called Mugibuta. It doesn't have the characteristic smell of pork, and is full of sweetness and flavor, and is tender. The frying method is excellent and the batter is crispy. The style of miso sauce is different from Nagoya's miso cutlet, and it is more salty. The emphasis is on the balance of richness, and it goes well with the cutlet. Are all the raw vegetables that come with the dish locally grown with good water? It's extremely fresh and delicious. This is a masterpiece that you should try at least once. The soba noodles are delicious, but I personally think it's a hidden gem for udon. I can't get enough of the chewy texture that I've never had anywhere else. In winter, it's really delicious, probably due to the temperature of the water.

The soba was chewy and delicious. All the tempura are crispy and exquisite. I ordered Joten Zaru soba, but I was very satisfied with a lot of tempura. The customer service of the store clerk was also kind and wonderful. It is a shop that makes you want to go again.
