Get the mapo ramen!!

Ever since I lived in Numata, I've been stopping by when I'm in the Minakami area. The one I always get is the mapo tofu ramen with soy sauce. I think it's a nostalgic taste, like the taste of an old-fashioned Chinese restaurant. The mapo tofu on top of the soup is full of tofu and minced meat, making it very satisfying to eat, and even when mixed with the soup, it still has a thick texture, so you won't get tired of the taste until the end.

This is a restaurant with a Chinese feel. It was open even after lunch time in the afternoon, which was helpful. The quantity and taste are satisfying. If it's close to my house, I'd like to go there and try a variety of menu items. I want to try the miso in the mapo tofu ramen.
