More Comments at Google MapPerfect service, friendly staff and very delicious Soba Noodles. Very friendly also with foreigners although you must know basic Japanese to order.
I entered the store at the same time as the store opened and was greeted by the gentle owner. I was thinking of ordering the standard dipping soba, but I was attracted to the seasonal sudachi soba, so I ordered an assortment of shrimp tempura, maitake mushrooms, and vegetable tempura. The soba had a good sudachi scent and was very refreshing and delicious. The tempura was crispy and delicious. The customer service was polite, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was good.
Exquisitely balanced radish soba🥢 The layout of the restaurant is not typical of a soba restaurant, and at first glance it is difficult to tell what kind of restaurant it is. The entrance hall is the size of a small hotel lobby. As you walk forward, the audience seats are made like a separate room.Three chairs for four people are on the right across the aisle, and there are two low tables with a raised floor on the left. You are shown to your seat and served with soba tea. Order daikon shibori bamboo steamer As the name suggests, radish juice and thick soup Condiments are the standard chopped green onion and sweet miso grated radish for some reason. The aroma of buckwheat is remarkably high. There is this ❗️ Next, add a little thick soup, add wasabi to the soba, and dip about 1/3 of it into the soup. The taste of soba is different from the former. The radish noodles are well-balanced and enhance each other. Finally, add a little miso to the soup. They don't accept a large serving of soba, but you can get a second serving at a low price. I can agree with refusing a group of 5 or more people. Although it is deep in the mountains, it faces the road, so you can't expect a so-called superb view, but it was an irresistible soba for soba lovers. Next time I visit, I will ask about the origin of the building. It was a delicious soba and a heartfelt customer service (I think it was only a couple). Thank you for your meal I won't post the photos of the audience seats because there were other customers.
