Very delicious soba noodles.

I ordered mori soba and tempura. The tempura was crispy and delicious with the rock salt placed on the table. It didn't have the greasy feeling that other people had commented on, and it didn't feel like it was sagging. I wonder if soba is 100%? A unique texture with arabiki texture. The taste of the soba was not as strong as it looked, and there was a gap between what it looked like, but it was delicious. The only thing that was disappointing was the soba hot water (bitter smile). It's almost like hot water, it doesn't taste like soba, it doesn't have a sticky feel, and it's very charming.
